At GymPulse ("we," "us," or "our"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our SaaS platform.
When you register for a GymPulse account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing information.
As a B2B SaaS provider, we process data on behalf of Gym Owners. This includes member names, contact details, attendance logs, and basic health waivers entered into the platform. We act strictly as a Data Processor for this information.

We implement enterprise-grade security measures. Your tenant data is physically logically isolated at the database layer using strict Row-Level Security (RLS) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Passwords are encrypted using modern hashing algorithms.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, we trigger a "Permanent Delete" lifecycle workflow that securely wipes your tenant, branch, and member data from our active databases within 30 days.
